Yes. Every plugin supports three adapter types: our Cloud backend, your REST API, or AWS Amplify. Swap backends without changing UI code.
What happens when I hit the free tier limit?
We'll notify you before you hit limits. Your existing data is preserved — you just can't create new tickets/snapshots until you upgrade or the next billing cycle.
